Pre-Arranged Absence Form

The purpose for using a pre-arranged absence form is to alert teachers and the school administration that a student will knowingly miss more than 1 day of school during the regular school year.

Senior Class

Work Permits

The process to obtain a work permit is now via an online application. A parent can access the site using these instructions. Payment is made directly to the department through the application, using a credit or debit card or by ACH direct withdrawal. Tip: When searching for the school via the online application, search "Rice Lake". Once the application process is complete, the Department mails a paper copy of the permit directly to the employer.
