A Message to the Senior Class of 2023:
Some of the following scholarship opportunities ask for the document to be returned to the Student Services Department.  In order to submit you have the following options:                             - email all documents to [email protected]
- bring hard copies of documents to Student Services
with either option, Mrs. Drost will ensure that they will be submitted to the applicable scholarship program. Please include your name, scholarship you are applying for, and contact information.

5/1/2023   $750  Rice Lake Hall of Fame Scholarship

The Rice Lake Hall of Fame Scholarship recognizes current student-athletes for outstanding performance during the past year. Applicants must be a senior at RLHS, must have earned varsity letters in at least two sports and have a clean athletic code record. Applications can be turned in to student services.

 *5/8/2023 $600   St. Joseph Parish Council of Catholic Women (CCW)

This scholarship is available to a RLHS senior. Applicants must be a confirmed member of St. Joseph Parish and must rank in the upper 1/3 of the class.  Applications can be dropped off in Student Services.

 5/10/2023  $500  Arrowhead Family Dental Scholarship

Arrowhead Family Dental would like to offer two $500 scholarships to Rice Lake High School seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0. A one page essay about someone who has influenced your life is required. The completed form and essay can be mailed or dropped off at Arrowhead Family Dental.

 5/10/2023 $500   Northern Star Theatre Company Scholarship

Northern Star Theatre Company is offering a scholarship to graduating seniors who have been involved in the arts in their community. Completed applications can be sent to [email protected]

5/15/2023  $500   Barron County Home and Community Education Association Scholarship

This scholarship is available to students who that are attending a post-secondary education in the field of Education. Students must have a 2.5 GPA or higher and must be registered at an accredited college or technical college in a field of education.

5/26/2023  $1,000   Wisconsin Towns Association

This scholarship is available to students who plan to enroll in a Wisconsin public or private college or university. A 500-1,000 word essay addressing the topic: "If Wisconsin could design it's local government funding system from scratch, what would be the best and most equitable way to fund town government services?" is required.
